On income taxes... Who's not obliged to pay? About half the country. So of course they're voting in favour of higher taxes and increased government spending. Then there's a chunk of people on the government payroll who do pay taxes, but they'll also vote for higher taxes and increased spending because they stand to net more money. We're pointed in a bad direction.

On income taxes... Who's not obliged to pay? About half the country. So of course they're voting in favour of higher taxes and increased government spending. Then there's a chunk of people on the government payroll who do pay taxes, but they'll also vote for higher taxes and increased spending because they stand to net more money.
