States Sue for Freedom. Part 1: An Incomplete Scope The first part of an exposition on the states' actions against the federal government's health care reform (Obamacare). Without a doubt, the health insurance reform is unconstitutional, but it's hard to remember that since the states have been regulating health care (constitutionally) for as long as any of us remembers.
