Click it or stick it—seat belts laws & leash laws There seems always to be an uneasy compromise between liberty and order. Seat belt legislation is easy to accept because seat belts save lives and are no great inconvenience.It seems, however, that the law upsets the compromise between liberty and order (follow link for explanation). Let's keep the seat belts and eschew the laws.
