States Sue for Freedom. Part 2: Precedent for Unconstitutional Rule
There is much doubt cast over whether people actually read the Obamacare bill before they passed health care reform. (Pelosi herself said we need to get the bill passed so that people can see what's in it.) The conduct of the federal government suggests to me that it pays no more interest in the Constitution than in any other piece of legislation. A right shame it is.
